About Us
Hiya! My name is Claire and I am a holistic wellbeing life coach. What does this actually mean? I use a personalized approach that focuses on empowering you to achieve your goals, overcome challenges, and create positive change. With my  support, you can unlock your true potential and live the life you desire.
Using a combination of qualifications and my own lived experience, I can offer a non-judgemental, flexible, hands-on service, that is very much tailor made to your wants and needs.
My background is varied, and I share my personal story through the use of blogs and podcasts (links available), but following an attempt to end my own life in 2017, after accessing therapy and medical help, I made a conscious decision to start living my life. I want to create a positive environment for my children and help them to see that they can achieve what they put their mind to. I have went onto run the London Marathon, pass my Psychology degree and start a peer support group that went on to now be a fully registered and award winning charity.
I believe every individual as the potential to be who they want to be, and it is my mission to help you believe that too.

Fitness Coaching

With a mixture of theory and practical sessions I can help you discover a love for exercise! We will work on motivation building, breaking through barriers and identifying what form of exercise suits your personality and lifestyle. No gym membership needed. Options for face to face or online available. Prices from £20 per hour. Discounts available for group sessions and bundle bookings.

Improving Confidence and Self-Esteem

Sessions available face to face, online or over the telephone. These focus on helping you identify and achieve your personal and professional goals. Through tailored guidance and support, you can harness your strengths and overcome obstacles to reach your full potential. Identify key points in your life that have led you to your current self beliefs and work with me to change your mindset.

Improving Emotional and Mental Wellbeing

Using my own personal experiences of suicide, self harm and trauma, I follow a peer support approach to help you navigate areas of your life that are currently detrimental to your mental and emotional health. I work with you to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel comfortable to explore your thoughts and feelings. Using a variety of proven techniques including mindfulness, getting out in nature and journaling, improving your mental and emotional wellbeing may take time, but it IS possible.

Healthy Habits and Weight Management

One of the most popular services, using a mixture of theory and practical sessions, let me help you hit your health goals! Whether it is learning how to cook on a budget, switching bad habits for good, incorporating daily habits that last or identifying elements of your life that could do with a positive overhaul. Learn how to habit stack, track and succeed!

Goal Setting and Routine Building

Navigating a transition, whether it be physical, emotional or mental, can be challenging, but with expert coaching, you can confidently navigate change, set clear goals, and make successful transitions. I provide the motivation, tools and strategies to help you thrive in new endeavours, and make these changes sustainable. Access journal prompts, daily affirmations and blank templates to suit your unique personality.

Youth Focus

Services as detailed, tailored to suit ages 11 - 17 year olds. Whether it is improving their fitness levels through fun, easy to access sessions, teaching around life skills, helping build their self esteem or helping them create a routine to suit both home and school, Yes You Can can help. Options include one to one or group work, sessions to enhance performance within local sports teams, and lived experience talks or workshops within schools and educational facilities.
